GoodMovies Entertainment, Inc. was formed by Producer Karen Johnson to produce scripted and unscripted media. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Karen specializes in identifying and producing emerging female writers and directors. She has produced award-winning documentary and narrative features that have premiered at the prestigious Toronto, Sundance, Cannes, and Tribeca Film Festivals and have been distributed worldwide. She has a proven track record of elevating women’s stories and women storytellers in entertainment, and featuring compelling female characters who defy stereotypes. Karen is a member of the Producers' Guild and previously practiced transactional law with an international law firm.
